［Directions］
*For bath* - Pour 1 pack of bath powder into 200L water (40°C-42°C), mix well and bath for 10-15 mins. Slowly leave the bath tub and rinse your body with water.
*Foot Soak* - Pour 1/3 pack of bath powder into a foot-sized tub full of warm water (37°C-40°C), mix well and foot soak for 20 minutes. Rinse your feet with water.
