[Directions] 

Showering: Apply a proper amount of bath salt on the wet skin, massage gently on the whole body or the part that needs to be exfoliated, until the bath salt is completely dissolved, rinse the product off.

Bath: Put about 1.7oz of bath salt into the water, bath for about 10 - 25 minutes and then rinse off.

Foot bath: First, soak the feet for about 5-10 minutes, then apply an appropriate amount of bath salt onto the feet and calves, rub and massage gently. Focus on massaging in a circular motion on thicker skin. After the bath salt is completely dissolved, rinse it off.
