Bathing:Put about 200 liters of water into the bathtub with a package (30g) of bath salt, mix well and soak in the bath for 10-15 minutes. After the bath, leave the bathtub slowly to allow the body to get use to the temperature, and rinse the whole body with clean water.
Footbath:The water temperature should be set to 37°C-40°C, and mix 1/3 package (10g) of bath salt in the amount of water that can cover the ankle. After mixing well, soak for 20 minutes.
