SOAPMUM Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SOAPMUM Rewards

Join the SOAPMUM Rewards Program and earn points every time you shop with us online or in-store. Members can enjoy exclusive rewards, birthday treats, referral bonuses, and more.

By joining the SOAPMUM Rewards Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership

• Membership is free to join.
• Customers can sign up online or in-store by providing their name and email address.
• Members must provide valid and accurate information.
• One account per customer/email address.
• SOAPMUM reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership at any time if fraudulent activity or misuse is detected.

2. Earning Points

Members can earn points through eligible activities listed below:

Eligible Purchases

• Points are earned on eligible purchases made online and in-store.
• Points are calculated based on the final amount paid after discounts, vouchers, refunds, and store credits.
• Shipping fees are excluded from points accumulation.
• Points may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.

Exclusions

Points may not be earned on:
• Gift card purchases
• Shipping fees
• Cancelled or refunded orders
• Promotional activities excluded by SOAPMUM

3. Birthday Reward

• Members who enter their birthday will receive 300 reward points during their birthday month.
• Birthday points are issued once per calendar year.
• Birthday details must be entered before the birthday month to qualify.
• SOAPMUM reserves the right to verify birthday information.

4. Referral Program

• Members may share their unique referral link with friends.
• The referred customer will receive 200 points after signing up and completing their first qualifying purchase.
• The referring member will also receive 200 points once the referred customer completes their first qualifying purchase.
• Referral rewards are only valid for new customers.
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent referrals are not permitted.
• SOAPMUM reserves the right to cancel referral points if suspicious activity is identified.

5. Product Reviews

• Members may earn 100 points for leaving an approved Judge.me review.
• Reviews must be genuine and relate to purchased products.
• Spam, duplicate, or inappropriate reviews may be removed and points revoked.
• Points are awarded only after review approval.

6. Redeeming Rewards

Members may redeem points for discount rewards:

Redemption Conditions

• Rewards are subject to availability.
• Reward coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Coupons cannot be combined with selected promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Coupons must be applied before checkout completion.
• Lost, expired, or unused rewards will not be replaced.

7. Points Expiry

• Reward points may expire after 12 months of inactivity.
• Inactivity refers to no purchases or no points activity within the account.
• Expired points cannot be reinstated.

8. Returns & Refunds

• If an order is refunded or cancelled, any points earned from that purchase may be deducted from the member’s account.
• If reward coupons were used in a refunded transaction, the reward value may not be returned.

9. Account Access

• Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
• SOAPMUM is not responsible for rewards lost due to incorrect email details.
• Customers can check reward balances via their online account or in-store.

10. Program Changes

SOAPMUM reserves the right to:

• Modify the rewards structure
• Change point values or redemption thresholds
• Add or remove rewards
• Cancel or suspend the program at any time without prior notice

11. General Conditions

• Abuse of the rewards program may result in account termination and forfeiture of points.
• Rewards are non-transferable.
• Points hold no cash value.
• Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
