Standard Shipping

We ship across Australia and New Zealand with Australia Post 

For orders within Australia, a flat shipping rate of $15 AUD applies.

For orders to New Zealand, international shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

We know shipping can be expensive, so we do our best to keep rates as low as possible.

Delivery Times

Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise advised. Delivery timeframes vary by location and courier network. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $200.

To redeem free shipping, enter the code FREESHIP at checkout. (Free shipping will not apply unless the code is entered.)

International delivery (New Zealand)

We currently ship internationally to New Zealand only, via Australia Post.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs processing.

Important Shipping Notes

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept delivery, re-delivery fees will be charged to the customer.

Any return-to-sender shipping charges or re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
